There’s nothing like a fresh batch of cookies with a tall glass of milk, am I right?

Growing up, baking cookies with my mom on the weekends was something that I always looked forward to. She insisted on making them from scratch and even though at the time I could not full appreciate that choice, as an adult I finally understand why! For one thing, there is just something about mixing all of the ingredients together by hand vs. just scooping it out of a container! And secondly, of course, it tastes sooo much better than store bought…always. And if you don’t believe me, then you definitely need to try this recipe out ASAP!

This recipe requires ripe banana, melted coconut oil, raw sugar, vanilla, almond meal, oat flour or all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, “flax” egg, and raisins. I bet you couldn’t even tell these were vegan!
