Before We Meet:

During Your 60-Minute Session:
We’ll go through a Diet & Lifestyle Audit and a Symptom Checklist to uncover what’s working, what’s missing, and what needs attention.
You’ll walk away with a step-by-step plan personalized to your goals—including food, supplement, and lifestyle strategies tailored just for you.
After the Session
