I created this group coaching program to help new and aspiring vegans start their journeys on the right foot and avoid the common pitfalls that so many of us tripped over. In my 13-week program, you’ll get all the tools you need to make the switch to a completely plant-based diet while reaching your nutritional goals. You will learn how to use The Vegan Girl Method™ to maintain a sustainable vegan diet.

Because every individual is unique, I don’t give my clients a cookie-cutter plan. Instead, I work directly with you to find the lifestyle, food choices, exercise, and stress management techniques that best suit your biochemistry and current life situation. I break down the myths and misconceptions in the industry and offer practical tips for making changes that will actually improve your health and well-being.
