I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 16 years of experience and the founder of The Vegan Weight Loss Nutritionist (VWN)—a coaching practice dedicated to helping vegan women lose weight, burn fat, and feel confident in their bodies.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Florida International University, completed my Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University, and completed a 1200-hour supervised internship at Stony Brook University before sitting for my boards to become a Registered Dietitian.
My proven framework, The Vegan Girl Method®, was designed specifically for plant-based women over 30 who want lasting fat loss without restrictive diets or gimmicks.

My Story
My love for food started early—standing beside my mom in the kitchen, helping her cook. That curiosity eventually became a calling. By my sophomore year of college, I knew I wanted to become a Registered Dietitian. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University, completed a 1,200-hour dietetic internship at Stony Brook University, and went on to earn my Master’s in Nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University.
During my academic journey, I became increasingly drawn to the vegan lifestyle. Making the switch wasn’t easy—especially back then, when vegan options weren’t as accessible as they are today—but my commitment to health, sustainability, and compassion kept me going.
For over 16 years, I’ve worked in a variety of roles—as a Clinical Dietitian, Behavioral Health Dietitian, Weight Loss Dietitian, Consultant for healthcare facilities, and even as a university nutrition instructor. These experiences have shaped the practical, compassionate approach I bring to my work every day.
As the founder of The Vegan Girl Method®, my mission is simple: to help women feel confident, empowered, and healthy through plant-based living. My signature program has helped thousands of women achieve weight loss in a way that feels realistic, stigma-free, and sustainable.
But this mission is also personal. I grew up overweight and gained 25 pounds in college. I tried to fix it with extreme workouts and 1,000-calorie diets I found online—strategies that wrecked my metabolism and left me feeling defeated. It wasn’t until I studied nutrition deeply that I realized there was a better way.
Now, I help women avoid the mistakes I made. With a holistic, science-based approach, I guide them to lose weight, build lasting habits, and feel great in their bodies—without restriction, guilt, or obsession.
