I started The Vegan Weight Loss Nutritionist (VWN) to empower vegan women to achieve their health and weight loss goals.

In an industry that promotes quick fixes and unsustainable approaches to vegan weight loss, my evidence-based nutrition coaching focuses on the physical, mental, and social aspects of wellness. As a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, I’m here to educate you, walk alongside you, and help you make smarter choices to lose weight and feel stronger. Specifically, my personalized, mindful, and holistic approach to vegan living is centered on nutrition, stress, sleep, and physical activity. When you work with me, I’ll help you lose weight, shed fat, and tone up without following a restrictive diet.

I’ve developed The Vegan Girl Method™ to help vegan women establish sustainable habits, conquer cravings, lose weight, and live their best vegan lives. My coaching programs educate women so they can feel confident in their nutrition and lifestyle choices for years to come.

I have always been fascinated with food. As a kid, that looked like helping my mom in the kitchen. Years later, that interest turned into pursuing an education in nutrition. In my sophomore year of college, I decided to pursue a degree in Nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist. I received my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from Florida International University, completed a 1,200-hour dietetic internship at Stony Brook University, and completed my Master’s degree in Nutrition from Rosalind Franklin University.

I started investigating and considering the vegan lifestyle during my undergraduate and graduate studies, and eventually I made the transition to a completely vegan lifestyle. Accessing vegan foods was not as easy then as it is today, and I faced my fair share of challenges along the way. But despite the challenges, I was motivated by the desire to lead a healthier, environmentally-conscious life.

Over the last fifteen years, I have worked as a Clinical Dietitian and Behavior Health Dietitian, helping women learn how to use food to improve their health and their quality of life. I have also worked as a Consultant Dietitian for multiple healthcare facilities and taught nutrition at several local universities. Additionally, I volunteer at the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale and as an assistant run coach for Friends in Training in Fort Lauderdale.

Now, as a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, I utilize a holistic, science-based approach to help vegan women lose weight and master the skills needed to develop healthy habits they can maintain for life. I started The Vegan Weight Loss Nutritionist to make nutrition less confusing and more accessible to you. My personalized approach addresses nutrition, stress, sleep, and physical activity.
