That being said, it is important to mention that sometimes vegans are sabotaging their weight loss goals by skipping breakfast or not eating enough protein because that can lead to late night binges which will sabatoge your progress.

Of course you’re not hungry in the morning if you’re eating so much at night from under fueling during the day leading to overeating and a vicious sabotaging cycle.

Protein is the key to successful weightless. It helps with keeping you full AND is essential to maintain your muscles while you lose fat.

Here are some super easy ways to add protein to your breakfast:

  • Add tofu scramble to your toast
  • Make a protein smoothie add your fav powder
  • Choose a high protein milk like pea & soy milk
  • Add a high protein yogurt to your granola – my fav yogurt is @kitehillfoods
  • Choose high protein waffles-such as @vansfoods
  • Add protein powder to your pancake mix or try @birchbenders pancakes
