Recipes details:
2 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup Greek style yogurt
2/3 c roughly flavored plant milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 c frozen berries (optional)
1 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Any fruit of choice for topping

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Top with choc chips and your fav fruit
Nutrition: 326 calories, 21 grams protein
