  1. Set specific and achievable wellness goals: Instead of setting vague or unrealistic wellness and weightless goals, it is important to make sure to set specific, achievable goals that are within your control and that can be realistically accomplished within a certain time frame.
  2. Prioritize your wellness goals: It’s important to prioritize your goals so that you can focus on the ones that are most important to you while not getting distracted by the less important.
